Tigers News · Track and Field Conditioning Information

If you are planning on participating in Track & Field this year, conditioning workouts begin Tuesday, January 19th. You must have an updated physical and Covid form. Please meet behind the High School gym after school. Conditioning workouts will be Monday through Thursday from 3:15-4:45. If you are playing basketball or participate in cheer, then you are excused from these workouts until your season is over.
